- Select a time — book online at a time that suits you, or call our team directly if you'd prefer to speak with someone.
- Receive confirmation — you'll receive confirmation of your appointment details ahead of your visit.
- Attend your appointment — arrive a few minutes early for any new patient paperwork, and bring the items listed below.
Your First Visit
Your first visit is all about getting to know you, understanding your needs, and making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through our doors.
To help us make the most of your appointment, please bring:
- Your Medicare card and/or private health insurance card, if applicable
- Any referral letter or relevant dental/medical records, if available
- A list of any medications you're currently taking, if applicable
- Any previous dental X-rays or reports that may be relevant to your care
Most importantly, just bring yourself and any questions or concerns you may have. There's no need to feel nervous or have everything figured out before you arrive — we're here to listen, answer your questions, and make your dental experience as comfortable and positive as possible. Come as you are — we'll take care of the rest.
Health Funds & Payment
We accept all major health funds, with on-the-spot claiming available through HICAPS, so you can see the cost to you upfront wherever possible.
Payment plans are available for more comprehensive treatment — speak to our team to find an option that suits your circumstances and helps make necessary treatment more manageable.
Eligible children may also be entitled to bulk-billed services under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) — contact us to check eligibility ahead of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life can sometimes bring unexpected changes. We simply ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Each appointment is specially reserved for you, and our team prepares in advance for your visit. With a little notice, we can offer that time to another patient who may be waiting for care. We truly appreciate your understanding and consideration of our team and fellow patients — thank you for helping us care for our community.
